Count number of calls/API-calls

(For resellers and developers only)

In order to check the number of calls/API-calls created on a user plugins and other external applications every 24 hours:

• Go to Administrator/All Users
• Highlight the user and click on ‘Client/server trace’.

• Filter by ‘End time’.

• Right click on the header and select ‘Show Totals’ to show a total of each column.

• The number of calls/API-calls is the total of the ‘Operation Name’ column showing Query, insert, update, delete, login and  GetCompany. In the example below we can see that this user has 291 calls/API-calls for the filtered date range.
