Use the navigation panel to go to CRM/Prospects.
To create an quotation for one of your prospects, highlight the prospective customer and click on the ‘Quotation’ button in the toolbar/ribbon.

The quotation screen will then appear. Click on the ‘Add’ button in the toolbar/ribbon to add a new quotation.
Enter the details for the quotation and click on the ‘Save & go to lines’ button in the toolbar/ribbon.
It is also possible to just click on the ‘Save &go to lines’ button without entering information here.
The quotation lines will now appear. Enter the quotation here.
The quotation can then be attached as a word document, for example, and sent to the prospect.
To attach the quotation, select the prospect from the list under CRM/Prospects and click on the ‘Attachments’ button in the toolbar/ribbon.
Select ‘Document’ and click on the ‘Add’ button in the toolbar/ribbon.
Click on ‘Browse’ as shown below, to attach the quotation. Then click on ‘Save’ in the toolbar/ribbon.
The quotation has now been saved.
To view the quotation, click on the ‘View’ button in the toolbar/ribbon. The quotation can also be opened by clicking on ‘Open’ button at the bottom of the screen.
The document can then also be edited in word and then saved directly under the prospect.
