CRM groups show where the prospect has been sourced. In the example below, the user had created four different CRM groups.
The ‘Number’ column can be used to add an extra field to define or sort by. This can be a word or a number. This is done by clicking on the ‘Add record’ button in the toolbar/ribbon, writing the group name and ‘number’ and clicking on the ‘Save’ button.
