Use the navigation panel to go to CRM/Maintenance/Interests. ‚Interests‘ is used to indicate what a customer or prospect is interested in. The example below is a wholesaler who sells car parts to both businesses and private clients. Various interests in car parts have therefore be set up under „CRM/Maintenance/Interests„. This is done by clicking on the ‚Add record‘ button in the toolbar/ribbon, writing the car part name and clicking on the ‚Save‘ button.
