Modules

Uniconta’s sales order module can be used to manage quotations and orders, manage shipments and perform invoicing.

Quotations and sales orders are separated into two menu items in Uniconta, giving our user’s a better overview of outstanding quotes that might need following up on, together with an overview the sales orders themselves.

Purchase order management is used to keep track of orders of items and services from vendors. It also allows users to receive items from vendors in parts. When a purchase invoice is received from a vendor, the purchase order is updated with the quantity as well as the purchase prices of each item or service.

Any new purchase prices can be updated directly on the items.

Uniconta’s Logistics option significantly expands both the General Ledger module and Stock Management to include a wide range of functions. These additional functions can be switched on and off according to the company’s current needs.

Companies using Logistics gain razor sharp control of their storage units, allowing them, for instance, to keep track of batches and units as well as calculate the actual value of inventory purchases and sales.

Uniconta’s project module allows users to manage costs, revenue, work in progress and hourly consumption on individual projects. Each time users create a new project, they can choose from a range of different templates to enter their customer data. This gives users a consistent view of customer data, all gathered in one place in the Project module, making it easy for them to manage their customer portfolios.

Production Uniconta’s Production module manages production BOMs and provides an overview of the production BOMs in progress.

Uniconta handles 2 types of BOMs – BOMs and production BOMs. BOMs could be normal bills of materials that are reported as finished upon invoicing or summary lists, which include, for example, fees and freight.
