International ERP System Award of the Year in Germany
Uniconta wins the Best International ERP System 2021 Award

On October 27, 2021, it was time again for the winners of the “ERP System of the Year” award to be announced at the ERP Congress. Traditionally, after the ERP Congress, the best and most innovative solutions on the market are honored here.
For the first time this year, an award was also presented for the best international ERP system. The award was given to Uniconta A/S, whose system has only been available on the German market for a few years.
According to the press release from the organizer GITO on October 28, prices were particularly competitive this year. 35 providers competed for the prices in a total of eight categories.
The award was presented by Prof. Dr-Ing. Norbert Gronau (far left) from CER to Thomas Zeller, Geschäftsführer (next to Norbert Gronau) for Uniconta Deutschland GmbH and Casper Guldbrandsen, Int. Marketing Manager for Uniconta A/S.

Erik Damgaard, CEO and founder of Uniconta A/S was not able to attend the award show due to his key note presentation at the annual Danish Uniconta Partner meeting, but was presented the best international ERP system 2021 award at the Uniconta Deutschland head office.
“It is always a special moment when you receive an international award, ” says Erik Damgaard and continues: ” I’m very proud of the team in Germany who has been able to promote Uniconta at the German ERP market to such an extend, that a respected influencer as Center of Business Research selects Uniconta for this award” .
It is the Center for Business Research (CER) in Potsdam, Germany, who is behind the prestigious awards.
CER regularly prepares ERP trend reports, which deal with the overall trends for ERP implementation projects in the manufacturing, trade and service sectors.
The trend reports are carried out with the ERP knowledge database from CER, where over 1,800 projects from more than 300 systems form a unique basis for application-oriented research. Sources for these projects are press releases, Internet research, supplier collaboration, selection and tendering platforms and professional journals. Furthermore, the projects are continuously supplemented by researchers with information about project reasons, project goals and reasons for the choice of the most recently introduced system.
