Ledger
In the “transactions on attachments” screen, there is a very popular “edit menu”. Now there is also “change amount”. However, amounts can only be changed on transactions that have two transactions.
We have now created a new index where the deleted transactions are saved. From here you can then restore the deleted transactions by transferring them to the journal and post them again.
This field will be filled in when Uniconta creates an automatic transactions. The field will be filled with a text showing the origin of the transactions. This provides very good traceability, as you now not only have the account, but also where the transactions originate from.
On the financial account statement in the PDF, there is now a link behind the “Physical attachment” icon. Here you can click on the icon and view your physical attachment directly from within the PDF. We already have this feature in accounts receivable statements.
You can now delete a used journal. The posted journals will be moved to the first journal.
In the top bar, you can take a document from your PC and drag it to the “Drop icon” right next to “Favorites”. After you have dropped the document, there is now an additional “Save” option in the menu, which will both save the document in the Inbox and transfer it to a journal.
Representation VAT
We now support representation VAT by having a field “VAT exempt”.
Consumption VAT
Consumption VAT is a VAT calculation where you only have to add VAT on the profit. It is used i.a. in the sale of used cars, motorbikes and bicycles. You create an outgoing VAT, and tick the field “Consumption VAT”. The VAT base will now be calculated as the difference between the cost value and the sales value. But an item number must be created for the sale. Here you can either set a cost price on the item card, or enter it on the order line.
New system accounts for taxes
We now have 6 new system accounts for taxes.
Two system accounts for manual VAT
We have now added two system accounts: “Manual Incoming VAT” and “Manual Outgoing VAT”. The balance on these accounts in a VAT period will be included in the VAT report.
Uniconta has a “Quantity field” in the journal, which is saved to the financial transaction during accounting, and then you can include it in the balance sheet. It requires that you have activated this function. Uniconta will then take the “number” from the invoice line and transfer it to ledger. This includes both sales and purchases.
If a bank account is stamped with a currency code, the “Balance currency” field on the chart of accounts will now be the “real” balance in currency. Before, it was the daily exchange rate multiplied by the balance in the company currency. If this account is used as a “tracking account” in the journal, the current balance will now also be in the currency from the account.
- Open records now contain an order number
- Financial journal now has the field “Employee” which is transferred to Project
- The closing sheet has a new parameter on the setup: “skip empty accounts”
- The closing sheet has been given “Number” if it is activated
- In the closing sheet you can now see “physical attachment”
- In the overview of totals in the closing sheet, you can show the total for a certain “code”
- “Create opening balance” will require “account for transferred profit” if it has not been set up
- If you create a new fiscal year and the start date is within six months of today’s date, you will be asked if you want to create initial records
- When the fiscal year is more than 2 years old, it is automatically blocked
- You cannot replace the PDF on a physical attachment if the period is closed
- Customer/Vendor account number has been added on the Delivery note lines directory
- When Uniconta checks the amount on the cash discount, the difference is now also included in the check
- If you enter a “To date” in “Balance sheet” that is prior to the “From date”, the field will turn red
- The name field in the chart of accounts now has a length of 150 characters
- We can now have up to 4 decimal places on the VAT percentage.

AutoBanking
With version 90 comes an integration to Aiia Data. With this integration, Uniconta can now retrieve bank transactions automatically into the bank reconciliation.

There is a new bank log where all communication with the banks is saved. Here it is also possible to see the account statements received via Bank Connect and Nordea.
There is a new field in the invoice journal ‘Direct Debit sent’. Here, a date is inserted on the invoice when files are created/sent via Direct Debit, i.e. (Payment service, Supplier service, SEPA Direct Debit and Claims).
A log transaction is now inserted per invoice that is charged.

Customer and Vendor
A Fixed-Text Type has been added to the Customer table, which is suggested when posting and using physical documents. Same goes for Vendor.
Uniconta now posts “Reference” on the records. It is a open field that the user can use, and it is found on the order and in the journal. In addition, the open record for the order number is included, and with this you can retrieve fields from the order via the “Other field”. It can be used on the account statement.
On a tax group, you can now create an “excluded list” where you insert the customers who are exempt from being charged the tax from the group.

Customer and Order
In Customer/Maintenance/Number sequences, you can now set “grace days” for cash discount. Uniconta will then automatically give the cash discount to customers whose cash discount date has been exceeded, but is within the grace period.
Now Uniconta stores the “last interest reminder” on the record, and when you create a new reminder, it automatically gets the “next interest reminder”. The new value will first be inserted in a new field: “New warning”, and it will then show what the new interest reminder will be.
At the same time, that field also works in such a way that only the entries with a value in “New warning” will be moved.
We have also created a log directory for collection letters, where you can reprint a reminder. In “switch functions on/off”, an option has also been created to deactivate “Interest and Collection letters”, as there are now a number of menu items for the collection letters log. The log is updated when either “Send” or “Print” is pressed.
Our delivery addresses on orders and invoices have been expanded with three new fields: Delivery Person, Telephone and Email.
When Uniconta creates an invoice pdf for the first time, the pdf is now saved on the server, and all views or send the pdf will now use the saved version. Under Customer Invoices there are now two menu items to view the invoice: “Show original invoice Pdf” and “Show invoice”.
“Show invoice” fetches data from the server and then creates the pdf on the client again. However, it will not be saved, so if you now e.g. have corrected some information on the invoice after it has been sent, you must use this menu item to create a new pdf, and then send it manually.
It is now possible to attach standard documents such as sales and delivery conditions. In addition, e-invoice now supports receipts and UNSPSC.
UNSPSC (United Nations Standard Product and Services Code) is an international classification system for goods and services.
- On Quote page 2, you can now create a “Contact” just like you can in Sales order
- Convert quote to order can now jump to the order lines.
- It is no longer possible to delete or change the item number on an order/purchase line that has been delivered.

Purchase and Inventory
On taxes, we have a new field: “Include in cost price”. If it is activated, the tax on a purchasing line will be added to the cost price of the item, and posted to the goods receipt.
If there are several purchase surcharges for the same item number in the setup, they are now posted to separate accounts. Before, they were merged and posted to the same account. On the vendor invoice line, we have also created a new field “Purchase surcharges”, so that you can see what purchase surcharges have been applied.
When purchase invoices are posted, you can choose in the prompt which physical attachment from the Uniconta inbox should be linked to the financial transaction.
This makes it easier to handle multiple purchase invoices in the Uniconta inbox for the same purchase order.

Inventory and logistics
We have a new fee type: “Only one line (sum)”. If this type is selected, taxes of this type on several items will be added together and shown as a line at the bottom of the invoice.
In the price list menu we now have “Invoice fee”. It can be used to add freight or handling fees to the bottom of the invoice. It can also be used to give a discount if the fee is negative. The fee may depend on the invoice amount.
You can specify an item number, which will then be used, and then you do not need to fill in “account”, as it then uses the item number setup.
There are now two types of imports in the stock counting list.
The first, which is the one that has been there all along, is based on having exported and closed the screen and now returns and wants to import the entire screen with its changes.
The second, new import is based on only loading “Numbered” into the screen. The comma file that is loaded must then only have the fields “Item number” and “Numbered”, and then depending on whether you uses Warehouse and Location, these fields must also be found in the file. The first line of the file must have headers for the columns.
A recalculation of the cost prices only changes departures from the warehouse, while arrivals have the price they have. It can be unfortunate if you have a credit note for a debtor. Now you can correct the cost price of a credit note line in Customer/Extracts/invoices/invoice lines. If you change the price, the bookkeeping will also be changed. You can also change the cost price in Creditor invoices.
In the inventory status report, you can now decide whether you want to see a inventory status per warehouse, per location.
- GLN number is now added to “Former address”
- New units in inventory: “Half year”, “Series”, Inch” and “Foot”
- New field on the inventory card: “Available for reservations”
- There is now “On hold” in the warehouse journal
- It is now possible to change the cost price of a warehouse movement
- The purchase invoice now has a reference to the physical attachment that was attached to the purchase order
- Email fields now have 200 characters, so they can contain multiple emails separated by semicolons
- The manual “Posting account” from the order lines is now added to the invoice lines.

Project
Our plan is that from the project budget you can make pre-calculations, write quotes and dispose for the project.
This screen is very similar to the reorder list in the inventory. Here you can draw items for the project, create purchase and production orders, and also track whether the items for the project have arrived.
A screen has been created with a tree structure, which is very suitable for building a preliminary calculation for a project. The tree structure can be infinitely deep. At the top of a note, you create a “Heading”, and it will then show the sum of everything below it. You can disable a note, and then all lines below it will also be deactivated.
Uniconta can now print a quote from the budget lines.
When during invoicing you return Work in progress, you can now do it on a different set of accounts, which are filled out in the project groups. If they are not filled in, then it is as it has always been.
Now you can set up accounts for Work in progress categories. If they are not filled in, accounts on the project groups will be used.
- Project has been given a “Price list”, so that you can set a different price list just like on an order
- Project has got two other fields: “Create date” and “Contact”
- Text from the time consumption line is automatically copied to the Purpose field in connection with mileage registration

Production
The file “Finished goods” has now been given the field “Production created”, so that you can see the date when the production was created.
- Goods declared ready have also been given the fields. “Number of lines”, “Value”
- Production order now has a “Date reported complete” which is set when you report partly completed.

General
A great many of our master data have the field “Blocked”, and it has been a great wish that you cannot select records that are blocked. We have now made it so that entries marked “Blocked” do not appear in the list, but you can still enter their number in the input field. For example, you can make an quote to a blocked customer, but you cannot search for the customer in the list and the customer account input field.
User rights on tables
In the setup of users at a company, you can now control access all the way down to the individual table. If you have chosen to create a specific security on a table, the general group setup that is in the overview is overridden.
User rights on functions
Uniconta’s server has many functions which are called from the client. Now you can block these functions. For example, you can set up that “post draft” or “report production complete” must not be called by a specific user.
User rights at profile level
Until version 89, on the profiles you could only set up which screens you have a access to. The profiles are now expanded with the same options as the individual user. Now you can build profiles that much better determine what a user can do.
The individual user is then associated with one or more profiles. The profiles also contain the new user rights at table and function level.
Filter in screens
If you have an active server filter (the funnel in the menu), the menu is displayed in a different color. If you have saved a layout with a server filter, and now retrieve this layout, the filter is now also displayed in the filter menu, and the filter menu changes color.
Filter – Pick values
In our server filter there is an icon with a funnel for each line. If you click on this funnel, Uniconta will show the results that you know from the “Needle” (which is actually a funnel) in the headings above the columns, and then you can choose the values that you want to filter on.
Filter in Standard layout
Until version 89, Uniconta did not save server filter in default layout, as users always forgot that they had saved this layout, called the support because they could not see their data anymore. We have now reintroduced that you can save the server filter in the standard layout, but you have to activate it on in your user profile.
A menu item has now been created in the company menu to save Company documents. You create a folder, and here you can save the documents. The folders could be “board minutes”, “Agreements” etc.
Uniconta version 90 runs the same as version 89, the devexpress version. 21.2.7.
Two new methods have been added to CrudAPI. It is insert(), which takes a master and details. Then you can e.g. insert an order and order lines in a call, where the server will then itself call SetMaster() on the lines after the Master has been inserted
“Creat invoice” will now return “InvoiceGuid” so that you can give a URL to the invoice to the customer, as we know it from our account statement.
