|Each Customer, Vendor and Prospect can have multiple contacts assigned to them. To manage these contacts, go to the Contacts form under Company.

Click on the ‘Add Record’ or ‘Edit’ button in the toolbar/ribbon, as shown in the screenshot above.
Fill in the form that appears as shown in the screenshot below.
Enter the contact details in the ‘Description’ fields.
The position can be chosen from the dropdown list as shown in the screenshot below.
Select the ‘Account type’ from the dropdown list as shown in the screenshot below.
Select the ‘Account’ as shown in the screenshot below.
If the CRM module is being used, then interests and products can be selected here.
E-mail recipient panel
The contact can be selected as the ‘E-mail recipient’ for various communications, as shown in the second screenshot above.
