Campaign is used when a campaign is desired to be made across customers and prospects.
In this example, a campaign has been created that aims to send a news letter by e-mail.
Adding a campaign:
- Add a name to the campaign
- It is possible to write a note
- Select campaign group (Created under Campaign groups)
- Assign employee
- Select start date
- Choose the campaign status (predefined by Uniconta)
- Select campaign type (communication channel)
- Select end date
An e-mal list can now be generated from the menu.
