Create an e-mail list and sendt news to your customers and prospects.

E-mail lists are used to send information via email to Vendors, Customers, Prospectsor Contacts according to certain criteria
It is possible to use several filters in your search. If you want to search both debtor and creditor, you must have ticked these two boxes before clicking Search, otherwise you will get an empty result.
Note: dublicated e-mail adresses are removed from the list.
Button | Description |
Search | Search searches the current filter, and when changing the filters, must be activated for the search to take effect. |
Remove | Select a line in the search and remove it from the list. The item is not deleted, but is removed from the oversite, and reappears if Search is pressed again |
Filter customers | Provides the ability to filter on the customer directory |
Clear filter | Clears the filter for the current filter that the Clear Filter button is grouped with |
Filter prospects | Provides the ability to filter on the prospects file. |
Filter Vendor | Provides the ability to filter on the vendor directory. |
Filter contacts | Provides the ability to filter on contacts. See the list of contacts under Account/Contacts. |
Filter item | Provides the ability to filter on the item book. |
Filter item transaction | Provides the ability to filter on the movements of goods, including an employee, listing the debtors an employee has had a sale to. Note! Items are searched using the Filter Item button |
Layout | Layout provides the ability to add more fields to the screenshot, save, delete, edit, or retrieve saved layouts. Read more about the options under Layout here. Layout cannot save the choices you have made on the screen. The last selections are stored as long as the client/application is open, but must be selected at the next login. |
Send e-mail | Here you send mail to the items that appear in the list. |
All fields | Displays the information on all fields for the selected item in the list. |

Customers | Only the customer directory is searched |
Prospects | Only the lead file is searched |
Vendor | Only the vendor file is searched |
Contacts | Only the contact directory is searched |

Interests | Select one or more interests to include in the search. |
Matching | Choose whether to match one or all of the selected interests. |
Products | Select one or more products to include in the search. |
Matching | Choose whether to match on one or all of the selected products. |
Only records with E-mail | Choose whether you want your search to include only e-mail items. |
Telephone | Choose whether you want the search to include topics with phone number. |
Search invoice lines | If you want to search the inventory entries, the field must be winged. |
From date | There can be delimited on a from and one to date, in the inventory entries |
To date | There can be delimited on a from and one to date, in the inventory entries |

Mail merge for Outlook
If there is a desire to merge letters, this table can be downloaded to Excel either via “Export to Excel” at the top of the right menu, or via OData and then updated at the touch of a button in connection with new broadcasts.
