Customer account statement

Use the navigation panel to go to Customer/Reports/Statement.

Here the user can create and print statements showing movements on one or more customer accounts.

The report can be created to show all movements or specific movements only, by applying search criteria, as described below.

Description of toolbar/ribbon buttons, shown in the screenshot above:

• Expand All: Expands all movements on the selected customer account. Once expanded, the button changes to ‘Collapse All’.
• Filter customers/Clear filter: Allows the user to filter the customers. Read more about filters here.
• Physical voucher: Shows any related physical vouchers.
• Voucher transactions: Shows the transactions related to the selected voucher.
• Transactions: Shows transactions on the selected account.
• Layout: Save, retrieve, edit or delete a layout. Read more about layouts here.
• Send as e-mail: Sends the statement to the customer by email. Read more about setting up customer contacts to receive statements by e-mails here.

Description of search panel, shown in the screenshot above:

• From/To date: Select the date range.
• From/To account: Select the account range.
• Ascending: Check box for ascending results.
• Skip empty: Check the box to skip accounts without transactions.
• Only open: Check the box to select open posts only.
• Page break: Check the box for page breaks between each customer account.
• Show currency: Check the box to show the currency.
• Search: Once all fields are complete, use this button to search customer account(s).
• Print preview: Select an ‘Internal’ or ‘External’ print preview. Internal copies contain more information, intended for internal use. External copies are intended for the customer and are more formal. Click on the printer button in the top right hand corner of the Uniconta screen so see a print preview. From there, the report can, for example be printed or sent to the customer as a PDF, as shown in the screenshot below.

Example:

The example below shows a statement for a selected range of accounts and dates. ‘Expand All’ has been selected in the toolbar to expand each account to show all translations within the selected date range. The ‘Expand All’ button has thereby changed to ‘Collapse All’.
