Use the navigation panel to go to CRM/Customers & Prospects.
This menu item refers to the companies that are both customers and prospects.
The ‘Add’, ‘Edit’ and ‘Update’ buttons in the local Customers & Prospects menu are simply used to add, edit and update customers and prospects.

The ‘Layout’ button can be used to create different layouts for this screen. Read more about layouts here.
The ‘Contacts’ button is used to create contacts for the prospect or customer. Read more here.

Notes and documents can be created and attached using the ‘Attachments’ button.
Use the ‘Orders’ button to see any orders on the customer or prospect.

The ‘Convert to customer’ button is useable when a prospect is highlighted. The prospect can then be converted to a customer using this button .
