Follow-up activities are used to record activities with each customer/prospect or contact.
Use the navigation panel to go to CRM/Follow-up activities.
To create a new activity click on the ‘Add Record’ button in the toolbar/ribbon.
To edit an activity, click on the ‘Edit’ button in the toolbar/ribbon.
When editing a follow-up activity, users can, for example, make a note of when the form was last updated and add a quotation number. These will then show up on the list as shown in the screenshot below.

Follow-up activities that are created for each customer or prospect can be viewed in the prospects or customer lists (read more).
The ‘More’ button in the toolbar/ribbon shows all activities on the prospect, customer or contact person, if any.
