Handling UBL Customers
Use the navigation panel to go to Customer/Customer.
Highlight the customer that will be using UBL (Universal Business Language) and click on ‘Edit’.
- Insert a check mark in the ‘Invoice in XML’ box
- Fill out the EAN field with the customer’s EAN nummer.

Once an invoice has been sent, the invoice is listed here. To generate a UBL, highlight the invoice to be used and click on the ‘Generate ubl’ button and select ‘Current record’ as shown in the screenshot below.

A path finder will open on the user’s computer. Choose where to save the UBL file.
We recommend setting up a specific UBL folder where the UBL files can be kept.
The files can then downloaded to, for example, to Sproom and then sent on to the relevant local authorities.

Sproom requires a subscription for it to be downloaded. The program is then set up to find the invoices on the user’s drive, as described on the Sproom website.
