- Select a PDF document and click on “Split pdf in several pdf’s” button.
- A new window opens
- There are various ways to split a PDF.
- On the right pane, select the starting point of your new pdf. In the below image, 3 is selected which breaks the pdf into two pdfs. First one will be pages 1 to 2, and second one will be pages 3 to 6.
- It can also be divided into 3 or more pdfs. In the below screenshot, 2 starting points have been selected with the help of Ctrl So the new PDFs will be page 1, page 2 to 4, and page 5 to 6.
- Another way of defining which pages to split is by directly entering page numbers inside the text box. In the below example, we have added 1-2,3-4,5-6 which will divide this PDF into 3 pdfs. First one from page 1 to 2, second one from page 3 to 4 and last one from page 5 to 6.
- If only 1stpage is selected then a new PDF will be created with all pages in it.
- On the right pane, select the starting point of your new pdf. In the below image, 3 is selected which breaks the pdf into two pdfs. First one will be pages 1 to 2, and second one will be pages 3 to 6.
- After making the selection, click on the Split Button. A warning will be received if you want to delete the original PDF, you can select Yes or No.
