Use the navigation panel to go to CRM/Maintenance/Interests. ‘Interests’ is used to indicate what a customer or prospect is interested in. The example below is a wholesaler who sells car parts to both businesses and private clients. Various interests in car parts have therefore be set up under “CRM/Maintenance/Interests“. This is done by clicking on the ‘Add record’ button in the toolbar/ribbon, writing the car part name and clicking on the ‘Save’ button.
