Use the navigation panel to go to Customer/Reports/Invoices. This report lists all invoices that have been sent out to all Customers.
Note that cash sales are represented with a tick in the ‘Cash’ column. This reminds the user that no posts were made to the Customer balance sheet account for this sale.

Toolbar/ribbon for Invoices
Description of buttons in the Invoices toolbar/ribbon:
- Refresh: Use this button to refresh the system for any new information or edits.
- Filter: Use the dropdown list to filter and sort the information in the list. Read more about Filter/Clear Filter here.
- Clear Filter: Resets the filter.
- Layout: Save, delete, edit or retrieve saved layouts here. Read more about layouts here.
- Transactions: Displays all transactions on the highlighted invoice.
- Attachments: Displays any attached notes or documents.
- Invoice lines: Displays the individual invoice lines.
- Show invoice: Shows a print preview of the whole invoice.
- Delivery note: Prints a delivery note for the highlighted invoice.
- Send as e-mail: Sends the highlighted invoice directly to the e-mail address set up for the Customer. Read more about email contacts here. If the user receives an “Error: Operator blocked” this is because the “Block send e-mail” box is checked under Company/Company Information. Read more here.
- Generate ubl: Generates an invoice in UBL format. One or more UBL invoices can be sent at a time. Read more about UBL here.
- Create order: This button can be used to create a sales order, send a quotation or create a credit note by switching the sign on the amount. Read more about sales orders here. Read about quotations here.
Transaction and invoice lines
Click on the ‘Transactions’ button in Customer/Reports/Invoices, to see all of the transactions on an invoice.
If there are physical vouchers are linked to the highlighted invoice, then they can be viewed by clicking on the ‘Physical voucher’ button, as shown in the screenshot above.
Click on the ‘Invoice lines’ button in Customer/Reports/Invoices to see all of the lines included in an invoice.

As shown in the screenshot above, the buttons in this toolbar also allow the user to:
- Edit the warehouse location;
- Edit the batch or serial number;
- Add or Edit notes
