Use the navigation panel to go to Customer/Reports/Open transactions.
This report gives an overview of all open transactions.

Description of ‘Open transactions’ toolbar/ribbon
- Edit: Allows the user to edit information, for example the due date, payment, comments etc.
- Refresh: Refreshes all information and edits made.
- Filter/Clear filter: Allows the user to create and clear a filter. Read more about filters here.
- Physical voucher: Highlight an open transaction from the list and click on this button to see any physical vouchers linked to the transaction.
- Layout: Allows the user to save, delete, edit or retrieve a saved layout. Read more about layouts here.
- Voucher transactions: Highlight an open transaction from the list and click this button to see all transactions on that invoice.
Example:
The example below shows all open transactions for the account name ‘UK LTD’.

Highlight the desired transaction and click ‘Edit’ to edit the information:
Highlight the desired transaction and click on ‘Voucher transactions’ to view all transactions for that invoice. The sign on an item can be changed here to cancel or reverse an item.
