In this post you will be able to read and learn about the picking list Uniconta offers through the Report Generator.
A picking list is a list of the items that a sales order has and provides a good overview of what to “pick” from a possible warehouse.
Uniconta offers a standard picking list report, but if you want to make your own, go to Tools/Report Generator/Reports and select “Picking list“:
To create a new picking list report, click “Add Report“, where Uniconta gives you the following picking list template, which can be edited according to your own needs:
The report is used in Customer/Sales/Sales orders and Customer/Sales/Sales orders/Order lines, and by selecting a sales order and updating the document with “Picking list“:
After which you have the option to preview/print and send the picking list to the e-mail you want (eg. for local storage space):
Note: A picking list is always printed in the company’s language, see Company/Company Information.
Layout groups
To use your new special reports, these must be assigned to a layout group. The layout groups are used to specify the invoice layout, bank accounts, and e-mails to be used on the individual customer.
