It is easy to change the screen layout of the current form prior to creating a report. The subsequent report will then mirror the on-screen form layout.
It is possible to:
- Move fields around
- Add and remove fields
- Choose field width
- Sort
- Search and filter etc.
Examples
For a Chart of Accounts print-out, go to the Uniconta navigation panel and choose General Ledger/Chart of Accounts. Click on the “Print” icon in the toolbar on the top right-hand side of the Uniconta screen.
This will open an option to create a “Header” and “Subheading” for your print-out. Click “OK”. The contents of the detail list (in this case, the Chart of Accounts) will appear as a “Print Preview” as shown in the screenshot below. Click on the “Print” icon in the toolbar in this “Print Preview” screen.
This will open the printer options for the user’s computer. Click “OK” to print.
After a report has been created, the Standard Layout can be reloaded (to revert the page back to its original state) or the current layout can be saved with a new name.

Page Setup
The print format can be adjusted using the “Page Setup” icon in the toolbar.
